Our team at Potomac Urology Center appreciates the trust you place in us to care for your urologic needs. During this unprecedented time, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through the coming weeks. We can assure you that we will do our best to continue to deliver the best care possible for all our patients. We encourage you to stay informed, practice social distancing, and assist our communities in getting through this time as safely as possible.


There are a number of ways you can use Potomac Urology Center for TeleVisits. Please view our instructions

Patient Portal

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing a HIGH volume of phone calls. If you are attempting to contact us for a NON-URGENT issue (medication refill, question) or to RESCHEDULE/CANCEL your upcoming appointment, please use the PATIENT PORTAL.

  1. Go to
  2. At the top right, click the red button labeled “Patient Portal”
  3. Log in with your username and password
    • IF you do not know your username and password, click the button on top right labeled “Using
      Mobile Phone”
  4. Enter your FIRST name, LAST name, and DATE OF BIRTH (mm/dd/yyyy) and click “Submit”
  5. Select the phone number that you would like a text message verification code sent to and click “Send Code”
  6. Input the code that was texted to you in the field and click “Login”

Once inside the Patient Portal

To ask a NON-URGENT question:

  1. From the dashboard, hover over the option on the left labeled “Messages” and select “Ask Doctor”
  2. Complete the message by selecting your physician, pick ANY facility, and type your subject plus message and click “Submit”

To request a medication refill:

  1. From the dashboard, hover over the option on the left labeled “Messages” and select “Refill Requests”
  2. Check the medication(s) you are requesting refill for and verify your pharmacy and submit

To RESCHEDULE/CANCEL upcoming appointment:

  1. From the dashboard, your appointment will be listed and select “Click here for more details”
    • You can also hover over the option on the left labeled “Appointments” and select “Upcoming Appointments”
  2. Click the “Reschedule” or “Cancel” button and click OK on the confirmation pop-up
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit
