Dr. Alok Desai grew up in Waynesburg, PA. He specializes in complex vaginal reconstruction, reoperations, and correction of mesh complications. He is the only urologist in Northern Virginia to be double-board certified in Urology and in Urogynecology (FPMRS: Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery) and only one of two in the DC metro area.
